Shipping policy

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside the control of UNDR.RATED.SZN.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. UNDR.RATED.SZN is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.

For preorder or made-to-order products, the estimated shipping timeframe will be stated on the product page. Preorder dates are estimates and may change.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will assist where possible.

I would change the 2–5 business days if that is not realistic for how you actually fulfill orders.
