Refund policy

All sales are final. UNDR.RATED.SZN does not accept returns or issue refunds.

We do, however, allow size exchanges on eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Size exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to size availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with a size exchange unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or purchased as final sale are not eligible for exchange.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.
